We test out a resilience card game

“Say What” is a card game created by KuKu Member Jo Higgins-Cezza and is suitable for ages 8 years and upwards, as well as adults. It provides a creative but subtle way to teach Resilience. Players take it in turns to answer a variety of cards which help them to identify the best way to react to difficult situations, promote a positive mindset, and give them more confidence to deal with the challenges of daily life.
