I have been a KuKu Connect member since its launch in Leicestershire and I love meeting so many business people with different experiences of business and its great to form collaborative partnerships and help each other to achieve our greatest business and personal goals.

My name is Sanjaya Pandit and I am an Award Winning Lifestyle Coach and Director of In- U Coaching, International Motivational Speaker and a Business Woman since 15 years and with a solid corporate background in training and business development. I am also the lead for WHIS (World Heath Innovation Summit) Leicester which offers a fantastic collaborative global platform- bringing people together to share expertise and knowledge- to create social value for a better Leicester and also the World.  My expertise lies in personal and professional development and communication through the art of skilled coaching to maximise your business potential and get you the results you desire. I have a special interest in health for everyone and progressive and updated leadership. As an entrepreneur, I will always have an appetite for new opportunities to showcase what I can do and more importantly what you can do!

LEICESTER BUSINESS FESTIVAL

I am very proud to be part of this years Leicester Business Festival, which is reported to be the biggest of its kind in the Midlands. I will be hosting three events and you are invited to my unique set of events!

On Tuesday 30th October at Leicester Conference Centre at 2.30pm to 5.30pm, I will be running a workshop “How to Power and Up-Regulate Your Communication Patterns at Every Level in Your Business for Optimal Business Growth” – this workshop will give you clarity and alignment on what you want in your business and how to super charge and develop your communication for fast and sustainable results. On Monday 5th November at King Richards Visitor Centre at 1.30pm to 4pm, I will be running “how Stress impacts your Bottom Line”. The Leicester Business Festival were very interested in acknowledging healthy workplaces as a way forward to help our local economy thrive and get some pressure off our local NHS. This will be followed by a truly unique opportunity for some collaborative networking and hearing what a new business model looks like whilst we present what corporate social responsibility is.
