About our Host

Chutney Ivy is a central spot for any foodie, in fact anyone who loves food. This multi-award winning restaurant and venue serves delicious Indian cuisine influenced by the variety of differing regional dishes of India, with, what some may not be aware of, is the French influence in the menu, which adds some of the ‘fine’ we add to this stalwart of the city of Leicester.

Located in the heart of the cultural quarter, very close to the Curve the renowned theatre, Chutney Ivy sits offering a wide menu of curries and unique dishes. Shaf, the restaurant proprietor personally runs his restaurant with his team of chefs and you’ll often find him in the kitchen, his wife being the French influence to their unique menu. The restaurant also boasts an underground lounge which has hosted private parties, from 18th birthdays, to baby showers, graduations, comedy nights, wedding parties, even gender reveals and of course only the tastiest of business events, KuKu Connect included of course.

KuKu Connect Receptions are relaxed and informal and may not be like the typical networking events you have attended. Our ’no pitches, no presentations and no push’ approach gives you the opportunity to talk to whoever you want to, when you want to. You can come and go as you please and we will not ask you to stand up and pitch in front of everyone.
